Are RSO tablets the same as RSO pills or capsules?
They do the same job in a different shell. A capsule encloses oil inside a gelatin or plant-based casing; a tablet is a pressed dose that can be scored and split. Emerald Bay makes tablets, not capsules. The scoring lets you take a half or a quarter and adjust gradually.
How long do RSO tablets take to kick in?
Swallowed cannabis is slow. Effects typically begin 30–90 minutes after ingestion, peak around 2–3 hours and can last 4–12 hours. A meal with fat can change how much THC is absorbed. Wait at least two hours before deciding to take more. More detail in How long does RSO take to kick in?
